Suspension bridge built in Gorkha at a cost of Rs 13.3 million

Gorkha. The construction of a suspension bridge connecting two wards of Dharche Rural Municipality in North Gorkha has been completed. The construction of the ‘Budhigandaki Lusikang Suspension Bridge’ connecting Runchet in Dharche-2 and Lusikang in Dharche-3 has been completed, informed Sunila Gurung, Vice-Chairperson of the Rural Municipality.

The suspension bridge was constructed at a cost of 13.394 million seven hundred and fifty-two rupees. The construction of the suspension bridge, which began in Falgun 2080 BS, was completed on time.

With the construction of the bridge, the movement of the locals in the area has become much easier.
