The embassy said that he was caught in the floods near the bridge on the way from Sharjah to Ajman in the UAE. The embassy said that it has received information that he was working at the Well Cafe restaurant in the same place.
The UAE has been experiencing floods due to heavy rains for the past two days. The embassy has informed that the UAE government offices are closed due to the floods.
The embassy has stated that it has not been possible to obtain further information about the deceased due to the closure of government offices.
The embassy has stated that he has reached the UAE on a revisit visa.
