Kathmandu. National Life Insurance Company Ltd. has provided training to its agents and marketing staff in various subjects by visiting faculty members of Insurance Institute of India, College of Insurance in Kolkata. The company has provided training in Kolkata to the agents and marketing staff who have fulfilled the specified target and are eligible to participate in the training program from all over Nepal.
The training, which was held under the chairmanship of Principal of College of Insurance, V.K. Nayak, was attended by other visiting faculty members including J. Sen, Mihir Goswami, Anirban Shah, etc.
Principal of College of Insurance, V.K. Nayak, formally inaugurated the program and welcomed the participants of the training. He expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the company for bringing so many agents from Nepal to India and providing them with the opportunity to participate in the training in a systematic manner.
In the program, trainer Mihir Goswami provided training on innovative prospecting. He presented various examples and said that if we move forward with innovative thinking, we will achieve success in the insurance business. Similarly, another trainer, Anirban Shah, provided training on the business continuity cycle.
He provided training by presenting various examples on how agents can sell insurance by considering the interests, business, family situation, and income of the customers and how the business can continue if they always maintain a strong relationship with their customers even after the sale.
The college principal and trainers distributed training certificates to more than 400 agents and marketing employees of the company who participated in the training under the leadership of the company’s marketing department head Vivek Sharma and agency department head Sushil Pratap Rana.
Reputed in the insurance world The participating agents said that it was a great opportunity to participate in the training of the Insurance Institute of India and receive a training certificate, and they are deeply grateful to the company for providing this opportunity.
