Kathmandu. Nepal Life Insurance Company has announced a dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81.
The company’s board of directors meeting held on Poush 26 has decided to distribute a total dividend of 21.05 percent of the current paid-up capital to the shareholders from the distributable profit of the fiscal year.
The proposed dividend includes 10 percent bonus shares and 11.05 percent cash dividend (including tax). The company has stated that the proposed dividend will be approved by the upcoming 25th annual general meeting after the approval of the Nepal Insurance Authority and distributed to the shareholders.
