Deputy Prime Minister Poudel said, “Nowadays, where there is a lively relationship between the bank’s management and employees, where there is a good relationship, such a bank has a greater chance of progressing. Deputy Prime Minister Poudel said that some institutions have not been able to make the expected progress due to the lack of good relations between management and employees. He said that the ratio of bank deposits is a matter of concern.
